About Cherise Abela Grech

Cherise Abela Grech is a partner at GTG Advocates. Her main areas of focus are fintech, corporate law, financial services and competition law. She regularly advises prospective and current licensees, including investment funds, investment services providers and financial institutions, and also assists clients on DLT matters, including in respect of security token offerings and investment funds investing in virtual currencies. Her work in the corporate field covers company incorporations, compliance and AML matters, and providing general corporate assistance to clients. Cherise also lectures on DLT and cryptocurrencies at the University of Malta.
