Dr Bernice Saliba
is a junior associate, who advises on regulatory and intellectual property matters, particularly those related to e-health and digital services. She has been involved in advising clients on pharma law, including on the importation of pharmaceuticals and on litigious matters relating to pharmacy licences. She was also a speaker on national television in relation to the national surrogacy law.
