is a senior associate and co-head of the IP department at GTG Advocates. He specialises on TMT, IP, gaming and betting, data protection, e-commerce, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Terence has represented various major clients particularly before the EUIPO and was a key expert on the Malta IP Hub and the MCST Fusion Program. He holds a Doctorate of Law from the University of Malta and an LLM in Internet Law and Policy from the University of Strathclyde. Terence is a member of the IEEE-SA Global Initiative on AI Ethics and an examiner at the University of Malta on technology and IP. He is also a frequent speaker on IP in Malta.
