Dong Hao is a partner at Global Law Office based in Shanghai. He specialises in M&A, real estate project development and financing, and general corporate matters. Hao has assisted many well-known domestic and international corporations with their onshore business and cross-border transactions. His experience covers sectors including real estate, auto parts manufacturing, logistics, equipment manufacturing, pharma and healthcare and TMT. He also has extensive experience in labour-related matters, government investigations and corporate compliance, as well as dispute resolution matters.
