About James Wu

James Wu is a partner in Global Law Office (Shanghai) and specialises in PE/VC investments, cross-border M&A, ODI, FDI and other general corporate matters. He has provided legal services for numerous foreign and domestic investors in their strategic and financial investment, financing, joint venture and M&A projects, covering a wide range of industries, including TMT, data service, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, retail, high-end manufacturing and automotive parts.
