Juliet has assisted various multinational and Chinese enterprises in drafting documents related to business transactions and daily operational support in various sectors, including TMT, cloud computing, online payments, healthcare and manufacturing. Her expertise extends to cross-border M&A and equity financing. She boasts an international educational background, completing studies in mainland China, Hong Kong and New York.
