He has represented the Chinese government in a number of WTO dispute settlement cases, and also advises Chinese and foreign companies on export control, economic sanctions and trade policies. He is arbitrator of CIETAC, CMAC, BJAC, SHIAC, SCIA and CQAC. Qing is one of the very few PRC lawyers to have handled investor-state disputes. He participated in the drafting of PRC foreign investment laws and regulations.
