Tim Yimin Liu is a partner based in Global Law Office’s Shanghai office. He is admitted to practice in China, USA/New York, USA/Washington DC and international commercial courts in Dubai, Singapore and Astana. Tim is an arbitrator and mediator from mainland China accepted into the panel of arbitrators and mediators of mainstream Chinese arbitration institutions and of the Dubai Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA). He has been accepted as a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
