About Christine Chen

Christine Chen heads the international DCM group of Fangda Partners. She focuses on panda bond offerings by international issuers and international and offshore debt offerings by Chinese issuers. She is the lead partner on numerous innovative cross-border debt transactions, including panda bond offerings by the Asian Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Hungary, Egypt, the Philippines, BMW, Volkswagen, BASF, Suzano, Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank and United Overseas Bank; CapitaLand China Trust’s Shanghai Free Trade Zone bond offering; and US dollar bond offerings by TCL, East Money and Zhejiang Seaport. Christine is admitted to the New York State and China National Bar.
