About Bivio Yu

Bivio Yu is a partner at Fangda’s government enforcement and regulatory compliance group specialised in antitrust practice. She has more than ten years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of Chinese antitrust law, including merger control, antitrust litigation, antitrust investigations and antitrust compliance advice. She has advised clients covering a broad range of industry sectors, including high-tech, aviation, healthcare, automobiles, chemicals, consumer products and retail, real estate, energy and natural resources, infrastructure and transport, and private equity. Prior to joining the firm, Ms Yu worked for several international law firms and PRC law firms, including the DC office of a leading US firm.
