Giant Hu
is a partner and litigator at Fangda Partners. He specialises in dispute resolution, especially in the fields of IP and competition. His clients include a number of Top 500 companies. Prior to joining Fangda Partners, Dr Hu worked for 20 years in an intermediate court, acting as Deputy Chief Judge of the IP Division and the Financial Division successively. He has extensive experience and deep insight in the practice of civil litigation. He is also an arbitrator of SHIAC and SHAC, and a mediator of WIPO and SCMC.
