Sherry Xu
is a corporate partner at Fangda’s general industries group. She specialises in cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, PE investments and general corporate matters. She is qualified to practise law in the State of New York and the PRC. Her clients include Top 500 companies and US and European PE funds. Ms Sherry Xu joined Fangda in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a “Magic Circle” UK firm for seven years.
