About Siyu You

Siyu You is a counsel at the international DCM group of Fangda Partners. His practice focuses on cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities. He has over ten years of experience in the area and advised on a variety of offerings, including panda bond offerings by AIIB, the Province of British Columbia, Republic of Korea, BASF, Suzano, and CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping; Shanghai Free Trade Zone bond offerings by CapitaLand China Trust and International Far Eastern Leasing; and USD debt offerings by Far East Horizon, East Money and Zhejiang Seaport. Siyu is admitted to the New York State Bar.
