has dedicated his entire professional and academic career to the practice and study of corporate law, especially in relation to matters regarding M&A, venture capital and corporate law in general for national and international companies of all sizes and industries. In addition, he has also dedicated his practice to bankruptcies, corporate reorganisations and arbitration. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an MBA degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), in conjunction with solid financial studies at these institutions.
