Aditya Pandey is a senior associate at AZB & Partners and is part of the firm’s energy, infrastructure and sustainability practice in the Delhi office. He has more than eight years' experience, and his expertise includes advising on all aspects of project financing, development and operation, including advising banks and financial institutions on structuring lending transactions and regulatory frameworks for project finance, and on drafting and negotiating financing documents. Aditya specialises in advising clients in the infrastructure sectors, including mining, oil and gas, battery storage, e-mobility, aviation, airports, roads and ports, and conventional and renewable energy.
