About Ayushi Chaudhury

Ayushi Chaudhury of JSA has advised on transactions across multiple sectors – with a focus on power, transport, airports and mines and minerals – and has undertaken corporate, regulatory and commercial work within these sectors. As part of her practice, Ayushi has rendered advisory and legal assistance to various government authorities, developers and concessioning authorities across different stages of transactions (eg, bid consultancy and risk assessment, as well as contract and project management). She has experience of drafting, negotiating and vetting project agreements, including concession agreements, request for proposals, licence agreements, power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, bidding processes, undertaking due diligence exercises and ascertaining regulatory compliances under Indian law.
