About Manish Mishra

Manish Mishra is an equity partner at JSA and heads its indirect tax practice. He has more than 23 years’ experience in indirect taxation across industry, consulting and law firms. Before joining JSA, he was a partner at BDO India LLP and Grant Thornton India LLP, in their indirect tax practices. He has also set up and led indirect tax practices at Khaitan & Co, Link Legal – India Law Services and Mazars India. He has worked with KPMG and BMR Advisors and started his professional career with Indian Oil Corporation. His expertise includes tax-efficient transaction planning, logistics and supply-chain management, contract drafting and reviews, and tax litigation before adjudicating and appellate forums.
