About Nripi Jolly

Nripi Jolly is a principal associate at JSA’s competition law team. With a diverse experience of seven years, she regularly advises several big conglomerates and private equity funds and has obtained CCI approval for several complex combinations in several sectors such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, financial technology, petroleum and natural gas. She also handles competition law-related litigation before CCI, NCLAT, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. She obtained her LLM from University College London, with a focus on competition law.
