About Sakshi Kapoor

Sakshi Kapoor is a principal associate in JSA’s Disputes practice, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. She advises and represents power generators, transmission licensees, distribution companies and other stakeholders in complex regulatory, commercial and contractual disputes. Her practice encompasses litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings involving power purchase agreements, transmission arrangements, renewable energy projects and electricity laws. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, electricity regulatory commissions and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. She also advises clients on strategic regulatory issues and dispute resolution in India’s evolving power sector.
