Raj Ramachandran is an equity partner at JSA and has been with the firm for the last 15 years. He specialises in corporate, commercial, banking and finance and cross-border investments and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in secured and mezzanine debt transactions, private equity, project finance, security creation, joint ventures and regulatory and policy issues governing these transactions. He has facilitated many high-profile acquisitions and investments in India across a variety of sectors, involving complex structuring and documentation.
