He has been practising law for over 16 years, and regularly advises Indian and international banks, non-banking finance companies, development finance institutions, private credit funds and sponsors on various private credit deals by way of syndicated and bilateral rupee and foreign currency facilities and corporate bonds. He has advised on several marquee structured debt transactions in the real estate and infrastructure sector.
