About Vaibhav Choukse

Vaibhav Choukse is a partner at JSA and has been practicing competition law since its inception in India. He focuses on complex enforcement and merger control cases. On the merger control side, he regularly advises clients in the CCI approval process for complex transactions in both Form I and Form II formats. He worked closely with GoI and CCI in relation to the farming of Combination Regulations and changes to the Competition Act.
