About Vaibhav Choukse

Vaibhav Choukse is a partner and heads the competition law practice at JSA. He focuses on complex enforcement (cartel leniency, dawn raid and abuse of dominance cases) and merger control cases. On the merger control side, he has successfully advised and obtained approvals from the CCI for complex transactions in both the Form I and Form II formats, including Baring-EQT/HDFC Credila, Temasek/Manipal Hospitals, Teleperformance/Intelenet, IBM/Kyndryl Holdings, Ford Motor Company/Mahindra & Mahindra, Goldman Sachs/ReNew Power (SPAC), eBay/Flipkart and Trafigura/Essar Oil.
