About Varun Sriram

Varun Sriram is an equity partner at JSA and has been in practice for almost two decades. Varun's focus areas are M&As, transaction advisory, fund/AIF structures/formation and documentation, commercial legal opinions, and private client practice. He advises several prominent business houses, promoter families, and a host of technology companies and HNIs on their strategic, business, and operational legal requirements. He has handled legal documentation and negotiations for several multimillion-dollar M&A transactions. Varun also advises promoter families and HNIs with respect to their estate planning requirements especially on matters relating to settlement and trust structures, FEMA aspects, as well as group entity restructuring.
