About Vikram Raghani

Vikram Raghani is the co-chair of the corporate practice at JSA. His areas of practice include M&A, private equity and securities laws (including capital markets). Vikram has advised clients across practices and industries and has been part of some of the most innovative private equity and M&A transactions in India. His pool of clients includes both domestic and international leading names like Temasek, Carlyle, Baring Private Equity Asia, The Walt Disney Company, Nirlon and Citigroup.
