About Zain Pandit

Zain Pandit is a partner in JSA’s corporate practice. His practice focuses on corporate governance, business structuring and restructuring, public procurements as well as M&A. He has represented domestic and foreign corporations in a variety of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other business combination transactions. Zain has also represented overseas weapons and military equipment manufacturers on government procurements and implementation of offset obligations.
