Kristin Haram Førde
’s main expertise and practical experience cover data protection law and contracts for IT and outsourcing. She has extensive experience acting as in-house and outside counsel for companies within the IT sector, representing both customers and suppliers during negotiations. Her focus has been on drafting and negotiating all types of commercial technology contracts, both in Norway and internationally. Kristin has vast knowledge of security issues and data protection law, including giving advice to companies regarding compliance issues related to the collection, processing and transfer of personal and key data. Other areas of competence include IPR, telecom, consumer protection and marketing law – as well as public procurement. Kristin is a member of The Norwegian Bar Association, the Norwegian Computer Society, and the International Technology Law Association (Itechlaw).
