Jørn A Uggerud has been a partner at Hjort since January 1995. He is an expert in the fields of corporate law and M&A transactions, especially those related to the renewable energy sector. As a practising lawyer within this area since 2000, Jørn has developed broad experience in providing legal assistance to hydroelectric and wind power companies, as well as advising on the new “green industries”, including offshore wind, CCS, hydrogen, ammonia, and battery production and recirculation, among others.
