Alexander Daae
is deputy head of Kvale’s dispute resolution department and a key procedural resource within the practice. He has extensive courtroom experience from private practice and more than three years as a deputy judge, and advises on proceedings before courts at all levels and in arbitration. His practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes, particularly across the trade and industry sectors. Alexander is known for his practical judgement, hands-on approach and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex matters.
