Miriam Myhre is a senior associate in Kvale’s shipping team. She focuses on negotiating and litigating disputes before the Norwegian courts and in arbitration. Miriam brings valuable in-house insight from her former role as legal adviser to a major international offshore player, where she advised on contract negotiations, operational issues and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Her combined private practice and industry experience enables her to deliver commercially focused, technology-driven and efficient solutions for ship-owners, contractors and other key stakeholders in the shipping and offshore sectors.
