heads Kvale’s dispute resolution practice and is a highly experienced litigator. Admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2005, he has acted in more than 100 disputes before the Norwegian courts and arbitral tribunals, and also serves as an arbitrator. His practice spans commercial and corporate disputes, renewable energy, construction, technology, intellectual property and real estate matters.
