About Enny Purnomo Widhya

Enny Purnomo Widhya is a senior partner and leads MKK’s award-winning aviation team. A leading aviation lawyer, she advises on all aspects of aviation, including leasing, operation, restructuring, repossession/re-delivery of aircraft, and bankruptcy and litigation. Enny represents airlines in procurement of aircraft and represents creditors and lessors in selling and leasing jet engines and aircraft to local airlines. She assists leasing companies and banks in financing the procurement of aircraft and represents owners, lessors and creditors in repossession, deregistration and export of aircraft operated by Indonesian airlines. Enny is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Indonesian Air Law Society (Masyarakat Hukum Udara) and Who’s Who Legal Aviation representative for Indonesia since 2010.
