I Gusti Ngurah Oka Anantajaya (Oka) is a senior associate in the aviation, banking and finance, and ICT teams at MKK. With regard to aviation, he advises and represents owners, lessors and creditors on leasing, sale and novation, financing, restructuring, securitisation and repossession/re-delivery of aircraft. As part of his finance practice, Oka advises clients on all aspects of commercial financing for both lenders and borrowers, including preparation of loan documentation. In the ICT sector, he specialises in data protection and privacy matters and has advised clients from various industries on data protection and privacy compliance. Oka is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
