About Nugrahani Astiyanti

Nugrahani Astiyanti (Asti) is a partner in the aviation and finance teams at MKK. She advises foreign investors, lenders, publicly listed companies and international organisations regarding various transactional matters across the aviation, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, foreign investment, M&A and forestry sectors. Asti has worked in the firm’s Singapore office and is licensed by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority as a Capital Market Legal Consultant. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (HKHSK).
