Elisabeth Lian Haugsdal
is a managing associate who specialises in competition law. She advises clients on different aspects of competition law, including antitrust investigations before national and EU/EEA competition authorities, and in follow-on actions for damages for breach of competition rules. She also represents clients in merger control proceedings and has experience of several complex multijurisdictional merger filings. Elisabeth also advises on state aid law and general EU/EEA law, including in litigation. Elisabeth has published articles on EU and competition law and held several seminars on competition law and EEA law.
