About Ali Hage

Ali Hage has worked across various business segments within the oil and gas industry, from natural gas distribution to the full life cycle of the upstream sector, including early licensing and exploration, production and decommissioning. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, working in senior positions in-house both in Brazil and abroad, and has been at Veirano since 2017. Ali has led and co-ordinated legal support on a variety of matters relevant to the oil and gas industry, from financing, M&A transactions and project development to critical issues closer to companies’ operations, including regulatory advice, disputes, emergency response and procurement.
