About Ali Hage

Ali Hage has worked across various business segments within the oil and gas industry, spanning natural gas distribution to the full life cycle of the upstream sector, including early licensing and exploration, production, and decommissioning. With almost 20 years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, working in senior positions in-house, in Brazil and abroad, and with Veirano since 2017, he has led and co-ordinated legal support for a variety of matters relevant to the oil and gas industry, from financing, M&A transactions and project development to critical issues closer to companies’ operations, including regulatory advice, disputes, emergency response and procurement.
