About Arthur Lardosa

Arthur Lardosa graduated from FGV Law School, holds a master's in Public Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), deepened his studies at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France and lectures on Clean Energy Law at FGV Law School. Arthur specialises in Administrative and Constitutional Law, counselling clients on regulatory and infrastructure matters with emphases on the Energy Industry (O&G and Power sectors), Net Zero Economy, Carbon Markets, Hydrogen, and bio/circular segments. Arthur assists clients with energy projects, drafting and risk assessment of contracts, advocacy, integrated regulatory solutions and litigation before Superior Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and Regulatory Agencies.
