About Arthur Lardosa

Arthur Lardosa is a lawyer at Veirano. He holds a Master’s in Public Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and lectures on “Clean Energy Law” and “Regulatory incentives towards a net-zero economy” at FGV Law School. Arthur specialises in administrative and constitutional law, counselling clients on regulatory and infrastructure matters with an emphasis on the energy industry (O&G and power sectors), net zero economy, carbon markets, hydrogen, and bio/circular segments. Arthur assists clients with energy projects, drafting and risk assessment of contracts, advocacy, and integrated regulatory solutions, as well as litigation before superior courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory agencies.
