Mauro Hiane de Moura
is a counsel on administrative and regulatory law, competition law, and dispute resolution. Since joining the firm, he has specialised in complex administrative and judicial litigation in matters of public law, governmental contracts and regulated industries. Mr Hiane de Moura graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in 2000, with honours. He also holds an LLM degree from the University of Chicago, an LLM in Administrative Law from UFRGS, a postgraduate diploma in economics for competition law from King’s College London, a specialist degree in business economics from UFRGS and a specialist degree in public law from UCS.
