About Tito Rosa

Tito Rosa graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and holds an LL.M in Infrastructure and Regulation at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Specialising in oil, gas, and energy, he has been involved in numerous transactions and cases, including ANP Bidding Rounds, drafting contracts, administrative litigation, and regulatory consultations. Tito also provides legal opinions on complex issues in the Brazilian oil, natural gas, and biofuels industries, as well as public law matters. With over four years of industry experience, he has assisted with corporate issues and significant M&A operations, and previously worked in the ANP's legal department.
