is a partner at Carey and co-head of the litigation group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and administrative and environmental regulatory litigation. He also has experience in domestic and international commercial and investment arbitration. Aldo is a professor of civil law at several Chilean universities. He is also professor of the qualification and training programme at the Academia Judicial de Chile and of the introduction to American law, and the Master of International contracts at the University of Chile and the American University Program. He is a member of the Training and Continuing Education Committee of the Chilean Bar Association and from 2013 to 2014 he was visiting attorney in the international arbitration office at Herbert Smith Freehills in New York.
