He holds an LLM in environmental law and a specialisation in climate change and energy from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, New York, and is also an LLM candidate with concentration in criminal law from Universidad Austral, Argentina. Andrés joined the firm in 2019 and currently advises Colombian and international companies on environmental issues, including environmental regulation, corporate criminal law, compliance, as well as on climate change law. He has experience working with multilateral organisations such as the United Nations.
