Carolina's areas of practice include antitrust or competition law, consumer protection, information technology and privacy law. She has participated as speaker in events related to privacy and data, both in Colombia and abroad. Carolina has actively advised and represented national and multinational clients in investigations, in implementing internal procedures to comply with the applicable regulations on competition, data protection, consumer regulation and compliance matters in general.
