Angelica Navarro is a partner in the antitrust, competition, data protection, compliance and consumer law practice at Baker McKenzie in Colombia with over 16 years of experience. She was an officer in the Office of the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce, and in her role as adviser to the Superintendent she participated in significant decisions concerning cartels. She has also provided merger control advice in several M&A transactions to international companies, as well as consumer protection and data privacy advice to local and international companies.
