About Jaime Trujillo

Jaime Trujillo has advised clients on transactional matters, including M&A and private equity deals, in both public and private acquisitions and in divestitures for over 25 years. He was acting global chair of Baker McKenzie in 2018 and 2019, and was a member of Baker McKenzie’s global executive committee from 2017 to 2021. He has also been the chair of Baker McKenzie’s financial committee and for the Latin America region, as well as the managing partner in Colombia. Between 2013 and 2016, he was the leader of Baker McKenzie’s Latin America M&A/private equity practice group and has advised on some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Colombia.
