About Laura Torres Restrepo

Laura Torres Restrepo has more than six years of experience in energy, hydrocarbons, public law and climate change, having participated in several transactions in the energy market, including in renewable energy projects, on public regulation drafting and structuring and international co-operation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked in the Ministry of Mines and Energy and in another international law firm. Laura focuses on energy markets, energy transition and environmental matters. She has advised multiple clients from the energy industry including the development of generation projects, participation on public auctions of the electricity market, assessment to energy traders and distributors and representing agents of the hydrocarbon and energy markets before public authorities.
