Luis Alberto Castell
is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, specialised in Competition Law and Free Trade from the same university, and with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business from Queen Mary University of London. Luis Alberto has experience in the public sector on issues related to competition law, sanctioning administrative processes and public procurements. Likewise, he was part of the advisory group to the General Prosecutor's Office for the identification, investigation and charging of crimes against the public administration through restrictive agreements of the competition.
