About Silvana Aroca

Silvana Aroca is a senior associate at Baker McKenzie. She focuses her practice on the incorporation, transformation, and winding up of companies; the structuring and negotiation of mercantile contracts; the implementation and strengthening of good corporate governance systems; and the design of strategies for the prevention and resolution of corporate conflicts. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judge at the Special Company Law Jurisdiction at the Superintendence of Corporations for matters relating to directors’ liability, piercing the corporate veil, abuse of voting powers, challenging shareholder decisions, among other company disputes.
