Ricardo Trejos Robledo
joined the firm in 2003 as part of the dispute resolution practice group. In 2008 he joined the corporate law practice group, mainly focusing on structured credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund formation. He assumed the position of director of the banking and finance practice of Baker McKenzie in Colombia in 2015 and he was recently named partner. Ricardo’s main practice areas are structured finance (mainly project finance and acquisition finance), debt capital markets, private equity fund formation, fintech and financial regulation.
