About Claudio Ulloa

Claudio Ulloa is a partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa S.C. with more than 25 years of experience in intellectual property, concentrating on patents, utility models, and industrial designs, as well as patent litigation and technical expert work in mechanical, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, and software-related inventions. His practice includes advising on complex industrial property matters and innovation-related disputes. He currently serves as part of the Board of Directors of Licensing Executives Society International (LESI) and is an active member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
